Britney’s successor to Blackout, Circus also has an electro-pop sound. The singles are great and catchy, but the rest just doesn’t sound like filler tracks, it just sounds as if Britney wasn’t really that interested, leaving her soft voice on some hard tracks.

Beyoncé pours her heart into well, her B’Day. Beyoncé brings us her mean (“Ring The Alarm”) and sexy (“Kitty Kat”) side whilst bringing a mixture of soul, funk, and an urban sound with Jay-Z rapping on select tracks. Her B’Day is a celebration.

Despite the unorganized mess of song order on this album, Bionic packs a bit of creativity, taking in a lot more “inspiration” from her producers than she needed to, to the point where “Elastic Love” sounds like an unreleased M.I.A track.
